Money and friends are easy until you get saved.
Both vanish when it’s official.

My best guess is that everyone gets positioned at different times in their lives to acknowledge or ask/beg for help for whatever reasons because YOU do not know what else to do, absolute desperation. Only a humble, honest heart will be entertained in my opinion.
